Noureen DeWulf, born on February 28 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. Her desire to become an actress has been constant. As a student at Boston University School of the Arts She began to lay the foundations of the profession. Following graduation, Noureen began auditioning for roles in various films. She was cast in 2005. was cast as a key character in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at Sundance Film Festival, but was also featured in different festivals across the globe.
