Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967 in Atlanta. Roberts is part of the fourth generation of Robertses who live in the Atlanta area, starting with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Her father was a young man when he became interested in theater. He acted on his Emory University campus in 1952 and also in a variety of productions in Atlanta. Following his air force service and appearing in an airforce production in Biloxi together with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957 they left the airforce and Walter started his education at Tulane. The family relocated in 1960 to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working with Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. The year 1964 was when Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on a local Saturday morning children's television program named Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed their own. The Actors and Writers Workshop was founded in 1964 and ran for 6 years. They had two more youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
